An internationally acclaimed scholar of personality psychology, Dr. Brian Little’s pioneering research on how personal projects and ‘free traits’ create agility in our lives has become an important way of explaining and enhancing human flourishing.
Professor Little teaches at the University of Cambridge in Psychology and the Judge Business School. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Distinguished Research Professor Emeritus at Carleton University in Ottawa, and has previously taught at Oxford, Harvard and McGill Universities.
Brian’s bestselling book, Me Myself and Us: The Science of Personality and the Art of Well-being has been translated into many languages, and his new book, Who are You Really? The Surprising Puzzle of Personality, based on his wildly popular 2016 TED talk, will be published later this year.
