About this Case Study

Agile is actually really simple - and yet it can be hard to do. Not just the processes: the mindset is even harder. I have learnt that one of the core elements of being agile is having courage and will share this. Without courage, you don't really get anywhere. But what is courage? And do you have the courage to go all in?

As an agile coach I found that many things require courage. I will tell of my experience, why I have found it necessary and the value I got from it.

About the Speaker

Gitte Klitgaard is an agile coach, hugger, friend and much more. She lives and loves agile. She took the oath of non-allegiance. Why fight over methods when we can use the energy to help people?

Gitte wants to change the world by helping people make the right product, do it right and most importantly: have fun doing it.

She's interested in how people function, how the brain works, what motivates us, how we can feel better about ourselves, how to be perfect in all our imperfections.

She is a geek and passionate about a lot :)
