About this Hands-On

This session will be a high-energy hands-on experience.

We'll start off with a brief introduction to Kano analysis, including how to categorise features using the Kano model (must-be, performance, attractive, indifferent and reverse), then we'll look at how to design effective Kano surveys by posing functional and dysfunctional questions, before merging answers into a table to understand impact.

Once we have the necessary skills in place, we'll take a look at Agile Cambridge and work out which features of the conference fit into which category, and how well the conference performs at meeting participants' needs.
