Agile silicon engineering

Mike Doris Displaylink UK Ltd

Session type: Case Study
Session duration: 45 minutes

About this Case Study

In this session we'll walk through the challenges we came across bringing a silicon product to market. This includes the selection of agile methods to meet our needs and in particular how we scaled scrum to multiple teams and interacted with functions that were not agile. Low defect rates and time to market is critical to DisplayLink. Waste must be eradicated.
