About the session

A journey through the body to help attendees develop their physical mobility and increase their awareness of their body with its freedoms and limitations.

Starting with the head and working down to the feet we explore different ways of mobilising the joints in a relaxed way that aparticipants can take away and use in the future to continue developing.

Audience:
Suitable for people of all abilities, these exercises can also help relieve stiffness from spending too long at your computer.
