Note: this session runs for 90 minutes + 20 minutes for afternoon break.

Learn and apply principles from Team Topologies in an engaging and thought-provoking workshop centred around the true-to-life scenario of a low-ranking UK University.

You will be invited to bring your knowledge and experience to collectively reimagine the future of a hapless Higher Education establishment as a product-centric organisation, focused on delivering a continuous flow of value to its customers.

You will also have the opportunity to reflect on scenario-based learning and Team Topologies as tools for change enablement. Outputs from this session will support further research and ideation around transformation in the Higher Education sector.
