COVID-19 Safety at Agile Cambridge
While there are currently no UK Government restrictions in place for COVID-19, Agile Cambridge recognises that some of our participants are still at high risk and we ask that participants remain respectful and keep each other safe.
Your participation at the event is subject to our COVID-19 safety policy at the time of the event.
To reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission and provide the best experience, please read our guidance to reassure and protect everyone at our events
Participants (including speakers, sponsors, event team and volunteers)
- Be aware of any government guidance that may be given before the event, at a minimum, we'll be working in accordance with advice and guidance from the UK and local governments
- While we no longer require daily testing, we do encourage testing if you have any symptoms of COVID-19
- If you have COVID-19 or are unwell, we ask that you stay home
- We support mask-wearing as a preventative measure
We will provide
- Hand sanitiser will be available in refreshment areas, and on our registration desk
Ventilation
- Air filtration via HEPA air purifiers that will be placed throughout the venue
- We will keep windows open where possible
