My Multi: A portfolio of stuff that makes me happy

This is a short story about being ‘multi’. That is to say, having a portfolio of life pursuits,  which have, in the end, helped to shape me. It thus builds on a previous Agile Cambridge keynote by Dr Brian Little, who believes that it’s not just nature and nurture which shape us, but the personal projects we also pursue.

I’ll touch on themes including life/work balance (in that order), imposter syndrome, effective working, but mainly doing what I enjoy and following my instincts. So this is not really about work but a call to action to encourage you to try a few new things - and enjoy the journey it takes you on.
