About the session
Feedback is a double-edged sword: it’s the key to team performance, but done badly it can destroy relationships, collaboration and performance.
In this workshop I’ll introduce the ACE model for making feedback easier and safer. We’ll explore how to give ACE feedback, and how to run meetings where people give psychologically safe feedback to each other.
It’s a practical, interactive workshop - you’ll experience the model in action, and take away perspectives and tools you can put into practice right away.
