An agile approach to designing for the consequences of technology

We've all been experiencing the "tech lash" as unintended consequences of digital technologies have become apparent. Introducing a timely new agile event - Consequence Scanning. It fits into an iterative development cadence, allowing organisations to consider the potential consequences of what’s being built ,  early and often. This collaborative session will use a mix of presentation and interactive exercises to help participants learn how to run this event and embed proactive, careful consideration of potential consequences  within their organisation's product development.
