About the session

Four years ago, eDreams Odigeo introduced Agile ways of working into technology. One of the steps in that process was to give teams autonomy over the work that they do. While we believe that this was a great step forward it doesn't come without its problems.

In this session, I'll explore the issues we have encountered and how we have worked to overcome them.
