About the session
Themes: Lego | Happy People
How do we design group spaces where every voice can be heard—and every individual can thrive?
This session invites you to explore that question through experience. You’ll be guided through a series of participatory activities designed to surface what neuroinclusion looks and feels like in practice. Together, we’ll explore what enables psychological safety—and what can quietly undermine it.
Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® alongside other inclusive facilitation techniques, we’ll reflect on how to create environments that support different ways of thinking, sensing, and communicating.
Come ready to reflect, contribute in your own way, and take away practical insights you can apply with your teams and communities.
Participant takeaways:
- Experience how LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® can spark deeper, more inclusive conversations about team dynamics and psychological safety.
- Learn facilitation techniques that support different ways of thinking, sensing, and communicating—without asking people to mask.
