What does it mean to thrive at work?

Over the years, research studies have shown that many workers are either not engaged or actively disengaged at work – the way we work isn’t working.

What if instead work became a place that we go to develop ourselves and build relationship skills that can impact those around us?

What if work gave us energy rather than depleting it, and we had extra capacity to contribute positively to our communities and society?

When much of our work involves working in teams, if we can improve how we collaborate and interact with others, we can influence how we experience work. And since we spend so much time at work, this can also change how we experience our lives.

In this keynote, Alison will explore the true potential of our teams and workplaces, and how we can all be involved in creating healthy, thriving workplaces for ourselves and those around us.
