How do you build a Digital Engineering Centre of Excellence that brings Sooner Safer Happier to life - not just as a philosophy, but as a measurable way of working?
In this session, I’ll share how we’re using policies, standards, and measures as levers to embed the BVSSH outcomes into the DNA of our engineering ecosystem. We’ve woven in the DORA 4 Key Metrics and DevOps capabilities to create a system of continuous improvement across flow, quality, safety, and value.
