Ceri Newton-Sargunar

Ceri is an interactions specialist, chaologist and trainee neuroscientist, and is just a tad nerdy about helping teams at all levels to work together more effectively.

With a background in teaching, she’s here to make evidence-based behavioural science accessible and useful to technical professionals.

As a qualified coach, and a certified agile practitioner with a decade of hands-on experience, Ceri delights in shifting perspective and turning assumptions on their heads, as well as reading everything in front of her (because AuDHD).

Tea in hand, Ceri works alongside leaders and teams globally and is continually delighted to speak with audiences worldwide, mostly about the beautiful intermingling of brains, behaviour and agility.
