How to progress forward as a whole organisation: Lessons learnt from leadership coaching

When working with organisations through a change in ways of working, such as agile, we often hear that the leadership was not on board with the changes.

We often hear that people were not empowered to be able to effect the changes that they understand should be brought in, such as deploying frequently, taking user feedback sooner, and building user-centric products and services.
