About the session
Testers are known for breaking things and testing the limits, and patience, of our team and systems. We advocate for quality in all things and for the end user. We push our teams to be quality focused and do what is functional but also good for a user.
In this session we will explore how our experiences subconsciously affect our testing and how to bring those experiences to the forefront in order to be better testers all around. Attendees will see how their varied backgrounds influence their testing and make them better testers.
Participant takeaways:
- Noticing and acknowledging how to adapt what we are testing and presenting to the audience appropriately.
- Using previous and current experiences to the forefront in order to improve and grow testing and quality mindset.
