If agile is difficult, try artful making

Are teams fully embracing iterative and incremental agility? My experience in the past three years as a scrum master tells me: not yet.

If agile is difficult, I recommend artful making.

The rule of thumb for artful making is: Play emerges from Ensemble, which results from Collaboration, which needs Release. 

The term, “artful making,” comes from the 2003 book, “Artful Making: What Managers Need to Know About How Artists Work”. The key message of the book is that with today's enabling technologies, artful making can be applied in virtually any environment with knowledge-based outputs, such as in agile software and product development.
