About the session

The Internal Communications team at Cambridge University Press & Assessment has been on an Agile journey over the last two and a half years. By charting new territory for the industry and subverting traditional Agile practices for a non-traditional context, we've learnt a huge amount about our profession, our customers, and ourselves.

In this session, we'll share our top learnings, and some practical tips about how any team can go Agile – fearlessly.

We’ll share our journey from Agile novices to Agile pioneers – from the tentative formation of a Scrum team, through a host of innovations and improvements, to the thriving collaborative dream team we are today.
