Even though they don’t know it, Lowland Rescue are scrumming the scrum to help search and rescue teams across the UK locate vulnerable missing people. What happens when your customer (the missing person) cannot communicate with the team? How do you get fast feedback? How do you collaborate to achieve the objective?
