About the session
The Team Onion is a lightweight yet powerful visualisation tool.
It is used by organisations and teams to break down silos, surface assumptions, build empathy and facilitate meaningful conversations about the capabilities, time commitment, collaboration and communication patterns needed for teams to succeed.
This session will introduce the founding principles behind the model of small teams, bridging silos and collaboration, then the model itself and give people a chance to try it out.
Participant takeaways:
- Understand the founding concepts of small teams and bridging silos through collaboration
- Learn about the Team Onion model and try it out
- Feedback, discuss and share learnings
- See some other scenarios where people have used the Team Onion
