About the session
My team was recently tasked with handing over a product to another team. To ensure a successful handover we set out to create OKRs, but we really struggled with the key results part: how could we measure success without actually doing the handover first? We can't possibly know this.
I'll show how we applied a technique from the world of mathematical uncertainty to measure how successful the handover would be before it actually happened, and how it can be applied to other similar situations.
OKRs, Metrics, Agile Tools.
