You’ve been struggling because too many stakeholders push their priorities on the team. Or maybe ‘management’ decisions take too long. 

Perhaps something is blocked at a higher budget level. Maybe everyone has a different opinion on how the work is going.

Maria's team fixed all that with a sprintly PDF of colourful sticky notes and just the right level of transparency.

This session is an experience report about how we managed to get our “transparency” just right, going from “this project team is so slow” to “why isn’t everyone working like they do on this project” - without actually changing how fast we work!

Maria will share how they spent as little as 15 minutes per sprint (two weeks) to prepare a “report” and the expected and surprising benefits that brought them.
