About the session

Having implemented a new prioritisation method based on value and urgency, we discovered some interesting side-effects of this process. Not only we are now quantifying every decision (yes, it’s possible!), but we are more aligned than ever. This is a story about prioritising at scale, having multiple stakeholders, many product people involved and millions of pounds at stake. I’d like to share the lessons learnt on the way.
