Calling all innovators, change-makers and problem-solvers!
Join this session for an interactive workshop that will revolutionise your approach to organisational change.
This workshop explores a customer-centric, evidence-based toolkit for solving big business problems. Developed closely in partnership with Eric Ries’ Lean Startup Co, these tools enable you to take a product led, experimental approach to change.
In this hands-on session, you will discover three essential tools that will revolutionise the way you tackle challenges and approach change with a new obsession for the customer problem.
Participant takeaways:
- Assumption mapping - what are, our statements of belief about a customer problem and the value in the change we want to deliver? Is there a gap between what we know and what we think we know?
- The strength of evidence curve – actions speak louder than words – how can we intentionally design experiments with appropriate behavioural outcomes to fuel our learning and embed positive behavioural change?
- Experiment design – Take an outcomes-first mindset, to design lean experiments to maximise learning with minimum waste.
